The SwanPond
Okay, so they said "you've gotta have a homepage. How can you design webpages and not have a homepage of your own?" So, here it is. Not much to look at. Nothing fancy. @whee.
Generally, how these things work is that I give you a bunch of labels for myself, tell you about my work and my hobbies, maybe even my family and friends, and wrap up with a list of links to other sites I find useful or amusing, or maybe even annoying. So let's be formulaic, shall we?
First, the labels. How shall I introduce myself to you? You've already gathered that I design webpages occasionally. We'll throw out a label or two from that: computer geek, artsy. Then let's then modify those abit. From the domain name, you may deduce that I'm a "grrl" (and if you're not sure what that is, do a search). So perhaps I'm an artsy geek grrl. That's a pretty good label chock-full of useful stereotypes. Oh wait. We've got a special section devoted to "gaming". I must be a gaming geek too. Wow. That's a lot of geekiness, doncha think?
Wanna try out some other labels? Witch, naturalist, poet, DINK, amateur medieval historian, gourmet cook, environmentalist, goddess, amateur astonomer, gardener, genXer, activist, liberal, voter.
You decide.
